Behind every confident teenager is someone who took the time to guide them. If you have experience, a skill, or simply a willing heart, you can walk alongside a teenager as they grow in confidence, purpose and character.
Mentors with Little Seeds encourage teenagers, share real-world insight about education and careers, and help them think through the choices in front of them. You don't need to be an expert — you just need to care and be willing to show up.

- You can give as little as a few hours a month — every bit helps a teenager grow.
